Wasel AI provides an AI-powered omnichannel customer support and sales platform for businesses. The Service includes:
- Unified conversation inbox
- Arabic-first AI assistant
- WhatsApp, Instagram, and Web Chat integrations
- Analytics and reporting tools
3. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
4. Billing and Payments
All payments are processed through our secure payment partner. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available according to our refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam)
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Abuse AI services
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
6. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GCC laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Manama.
